I ordered 2 strawberry açaí drinks , one without and one with ice . The non ice drink was 3/4 full and the other ice drink was not full and filled half way with ice . I thought that they ran out of venti cups because I saw two trenta fill less than 3/4 and thought they used the bigger cups instead. If am paying for the biggest size am expecting those cups to be filled , at least as much as they could . This is lazy and straight up a scam

Just one thing kid was sitting in the handicap table with his computer with one drink he keeps filling with ice and sits there for hours on end and no one said anything to him At 4:45pm a dog walks in and still no one says anything. Unsafe for the dog with things to chew on and make the dog sick. Unsafe for people esp kids that might have food with them if dog jumps. And really does a dog have to go to a cafe it's not like he's going to order a coffee for himself. And what if someone is allergic to animals that's not fair.

So it happened again. I took down my last review because I really like some of the people here but this has to stop. The guy working the drive through window keeps overcharging people. Today is MLK Day and he is working. Management needs to do something. This is the 4th time since right before Xmas that this has happened. He charged me for a specialty drink even though I only got a grande pike. He said that's what comes up in the computer even though I know it is 3.15 when anybody else works . Then my wife went through 15 minutes later and ordered a tall pike which is usually 2.84 and he charged her 3.57. Gave her the same story. Why does it only happen when he works?

The employees that prepared the coffee, terrible attitude, they were just chating, playing, it looks more than 15min to give my drink I have to ask for a cover for my hot coffe, and I have to ask for a straw, and I got one but with again an attitud, and It was just me,This was the shift of 8pm Sunday October 13, There must be other kind of employees that you can hire

At the Nutley location —— A boy on the spectrum who was with his behavioral therapist was told to leave because he was having a meltdown, and this disturbed other customers. Boohoo. You must have perfect lives. For such a politically correct company, you blew it, Starbucks. I hope others who have a heart and who witnessed this will also report this to corporate. I had to give a star in order to post, but they deserve no stars for what they did.

Overall, this Starbucks was a nice experience. The food was delicious and put at a reasonable price. I will note that they were understaffed, especially for early morning/rush hour. This led to slightly longer wait times. The store was overall very clean. I would definitely go here again! ?
Parking: The parking Iot is right next to the store, however there is limited spaces.

This Starbucks usually has very friendly and energetic staff but today (5-7-24 @ 11am) wasn't it. The girl at the register took my order and was very nice. She went and told a barista about my drink and asked to show her the picture. So I did. The barista side eyed her like are you serious, you want me to make that?. Then I overheard her say "extra work, but ppl want what they want" while I was waiting in front of her. But I ignored her. She has short blonde hair and tattoos on her arms with a nasty attitude. THEN I asked her for a stopper and she mocked me and was like surrrrrrre. At that point I just wanted to throw the drink in her face and take the tip back.
