The smoothie I got (paradise) was really good. You can tell they don’t add additional sugar so if you’re looking for something really sweet this one isn’t for you. The place is very comfortable and the two people working there were nice.

I like the bowls, I just don’t understand why they messed up the orders so many times, I always order the same bowl!!!!! and they always make it wrong. All I ask is sunset bowl WITH NO COCONUT SHAVING but or they give me a wrong bowl or they put the coconut when I said I don’t want it Next time I will open the bag in front of them and also record myself placing the order. This is crazy. I can’t even take all the coconut out!! Stop being on your phones kids.

Service here is great. The staff here is young, but they are still professional. I just wish the smoothies were consistent. It varies depending on the person who's making it. That would be my only suggestion.

I love this place! It's one of my favorites in the summer!
I've came to this location for a long time and everything usually goes well the employees are nice and bowls are usually full like I've always received from day 1 but today is my last day the amount I spend on these bowls (3-5 bowls)every time I come in even with price increases i remain loyal but the amount of product that is put in bowls are becoming less and less not sure if acai is being weighed out properly or at all ,fruit toppings are a pinch full at most freshness has decreased not sure if its because the new faces I seen working lately as to why presentation has changed I come towns away to purchase these bowls to be also turn away of the free bowl after so many purchases (which usually not a issue) doesn't sit well with me a long time customer like myself will not return if they care or not I'm very disappointed and( im not even the type to waste my time to write reviews ) today I felt passionate enough today to do so

They always messed up your orders . Customer service is horrible . They don’t greet you at all once you enter the store . The atmosphere is very unfriendly. One of the girls was sitting on top of the freezer and put her feet up on top of the counter besides that they always on their phone and it seems like they don’t even like to be there. They don’t pay attention what is the order about and that’s why they messed it up or it’s always something missing in the order. It’s not the first time they have done it a couple times already. Even though you are paying a full price for these açaí bowls . I ended up getting a plain coconut base instead of what I ordered ( Coco Nutella) . Instead of fixing the problem , they blamed me for placing the order wrong and they said I have to repay for it because it wasn’t their fault . Very disappointing!!!

I do love playa bowls but try to check other bowls businesses. So in general their bowls are good but my bowl was sooo sweet I couldn’t even finish. I’m not sure if they mistakenly added too much honey or something else on my bowl but I couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately. Leaving 4 stars.
