I've came to this location for a long time and everything usually goes well the employees are nice and bowls are usually full like I've always received from day 1 but today is my last day the amount I spend on these bowls (3-5 bowls)every time I come in even with price increases i remain loyal but the amount of product that is put in bowls are becoming less and less not sure if acai is being weighed out properly or at all ,fruit toppings are a pinch full at most freshness has decreased not sure if its because the new faces I seen working lately as to why presentation has changed I come towns away to purchase these bowls to be also turn away of the free bowl after so many purchases (which usually not a issue) doesn't sit well with me a long time customer like myself will not return if they care or not I'm very disappointed and( im not even the type to waste my time to write reviews ) today I felt passionate enough today to do so

They always messed up your orders . Customer service is horrible . They don’t greet you at all once you enter the store . The atmosphere is very unfriendly. One of the girls was sitting on top of the freezer and put her feet up on top of the counter besides that they always on their phone and it seems like they don’t even like to be there. They don’t pay attention what is the order about and that’s why they messed it up or it’s always something missing in the order. It’s not the first time they have done it a couple times already. Even though you are paying a full price for these açaí bowls . I ended up getting a plain coconut base instead of what I ordered ( Coco Nutella) . Instead of fixing the problem , they blamed me for placing the order wrong and they said I have to repay for it because it wasn’t their fault . Very disappointing!!!

I do love playa bowls but try to check other bowls businesses. So in general their bowls are good but my bowl was sooo sweet I couldn’t even finish. I’m not sure if they mistakenly added too much honey or something else on my bowl but I couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately. Leaving 4 stars.

Every time I come here, they charge different price for the bowls. It clearly says 10.99 and I was charged 14. Another time the charged me 12 and change,and said it was because I used a debit card. I'm pretty sure that's illegal now In NJ

I ordered an açaí bowl but I don’t like it with lots of toppings. They say the bowl comes with 16oz and I thought I’d get that but instead it only came with 8oz of açaí and they say that’s it’s prepared in advance and it stays in the freezer already in the bowl. So it’s not even freshly made!!

Should have locked the door if they are refusing to service a customer 5 mins before close. Also, a sign saying they don’t do anymore orders after a certain time helps A LOT.

If only they sold nutrition Shakes . I was told by Cashier they didn't <|3 (The 1 Star Review was determined simply by me walking in there Stating I was a new customer "first time there"... I got a Blank stare ... so I asked if they had nutrition shakes I was told No. (Have Not Tried Anything Please Don't Base my Review off Food Quality)

Ordered 3 bowls on doordash, only received 2. I called & was offered a free bowl card after giving my name & number, next day showed up w a new order in hopes of getting the card, employees had no idea what I was talking about. They said they would remove one bowl from the transaction, but did not. This stuff is pricey & I would’ve preferred a refund instead since the ‘free bowl card’ is essentially what you already paid for.

I've only had their bowls once and they were pretty tasty.The fruits were fresh and the bowls were filled.I had the sunrise and my daughter had the Hawaiin bowl ,both were good.I thought the service was good ,no complains. The girls were young but seemed nice. I'll be back and hopefully unlike the other reviews I'll have the same pleasant experience.
