Big shout out to the owners, Michelle and Victor!! Easily one of the best and my personal favorite bubble tea locations located so close to home. The menu options are delicious and definitely offer something new to try for each visit. They offer up their venue for other events as well to help bring the community together, whether that be for board games to video games! Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area or a local looking for good food, good drinks and a great time for hosted events!Parking: Parking is very convenient for the location! My sister discovered while purchasing a bubble tea that Urban Leaf also makes cookies. So we placed an order of cookies for an upcoming baby shower. These were absolutely adorable and delicious! They are probably one of the best decorated cookies I've had! Would 1000% recommend if you need cookies for a party.

Been wanting to try these type of waffles for a while. Glad was able to stop by this place on a weekend. Was scanning the menu and knew immediately the purple cloud was the one. Oreos, ube ice cream, fruit pebbles?? Sold. It was very tasty. I had the ice cream with every bite. Loved the ice cream. The service was great, very friendly staff. The cafe has a few tables but chairs. Sat and played switch while waited for the waffle. Deff recommend. Will be back.

I have been taking my kids to this establishment for almost 6 years. My kids and I love the ambiance, the last time I was there we managed to spend around 80$ on trinkets around the store. The staff is always kind to my children. At this point I even consider the owners family. I remember the first time I brought my daughter to Urbanleaf the owners insisted she try the oreo bubble tea slush and she been ordering that since then. My son get the ube oreo variant, as for me I have seasonal drinks during warmer days I usually get the iced honeydew with lychee toppings and colderAfter getting to know them, I am astonished by the amount of workload they tackle. It would explain the immense amount exhaustion I see their faces. They truly deserve to have lasted this long.

We visited this cafe today while searching for hot chocolate. What we got is the photo attached. We had asked for no whip cream and I guess that is why the cup was 20% empty. But the hot chocolate was really bad. It was most definitely hot chocolate packet mix with water. It was watered down to the extent that there was just a hint of chocolate flavor and it felt like brown sugary water. We were really disappointed given the reviews are so good for this cafe.Two stars for the two girls at the counter.

We ordered cappuccino and taro bubble tea, spam musubi, soba noodle, bubble waffles. They were all delicious. The spam musubi’s sauce on the top was so savory and really delish. The soba noodles are delicious too. My husband never had tapioca and buckwheat noodles (soba) and he liked it! Definitely coming back here. The girls at the counter are very nice! If you crave for some asian dessert or living near this area, check this place. They also have tables to dine in. A free parking too!
Service was a joke. We walked in for drinks and left with a friend that now has a bad knee. No "wet floor" sign placed on a blatant puddle of water and the staff took no immediate action after the slip. Would never recommend - don't expect to see me there again.

Ces O is right. I was there as well. The girl slipped on her own accord. Idk why she would. And the staff didn’t laugh at all…??? They were just super confused about the entire situation. It’s so weird how a bunch of people who review bomb this place. Like do you have anything else better to do?

Fell on the floor when I was inside because there was a wet spot on the floor with NO wet floor sign. The workers stared at me and snickered instead of cleaning up the spill on the floor. In fact, they waited for us to leave to clean it instead! DON’T spend your money here. Not worth it! :)

My favorite local bubble tea store! The spam nori bowl and sesame soba noodles were delicious, and the oreo bubble tea was great. The store has lots of anime merch and other cool collectibles. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I will be coming back to try more bubble tea flavors soon!

The last 5 reviews are not telling the full truth. my friend and i were in the cafe when i saw the one girl. i was right in front of her and my friend sitting down in the closest chair to the order area. she slipped, yes there was a wet spot but clearly the staff didn’t know about it. it looked like a previous customer must have spilled and didn’t bother to tell staff. the staff asked if she was okay and looked confused as to how she fell since, again, they didn’t know there even was a small wet spot. Staff never laughed at her and to lie about that and try and discredit their business and morals like that is terrible. I’d also like to add that it’s strange there’s 5 reviews about her slip but it was only her and her two friends apart from me and my friend in the cafe at the time.What a joke to try and tear down a small business over a small wet spot no one knew about and to get people who weren’t event there to post bad reviews too.
