We hold an annual fundraiser under a tent in July every year for the past 38 years. It is a challenging venue being in the middle of a field under a tent, usually in 100 degree weather, and anywhere from 300-500 guests so it had been hard to find a caterer. In our search for a new caterer the owners of our favorite pizza spot (casa di pizza Denville) told us to reach out to Bosch at Casa Bianca. My wife and I had our wedding at casa Bianca. We truly could not be happier! Bash and his team were excellent and beyond accommodating. The food was amazing, atmosphere was great and the experience was awesome. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful of a wedding it was. Would recommend highly if you are considering for any events. We will definitely be back for future events and will be recommending to friends and family!
