I've had these before and thought they were pretty good. But going back today its almost embarrassing. $14+ for 6 donuts that are pretty flavorless and the toppings are all stale. Definitely not going back. They've lost their touch for sure.

Amazing stuff and hardworking staff. Unbelievable menu and love how they show you with photos what you're getting. Everyone loves it but I ended up waiting here almost 45 minutes on July 4th - order in advance! Try the deep fried zepolis (or whatever those things are)

I’m really disappointed in my experience with Broad Street Dough Co.
I placed an order for a Gluten Allergy Mini 9 Box—clearly labeled for those with dietary needs. Instead, I was handed four full-sized donuts and told to “just cut them up.” That might sound simple to an adult, but it doesn’t go over well with children who were each expecting their own donut. Try explaining to nine excited kids that they’ll be splitting donuts with forks and napkins instead of enjoying the individual treat they were promised.
I’ve reached out to the business multiple times via email, Facebook and their website. Days have passed with no response, no refund, and no apology. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s a disregard for food allergies and for customers who trusted them to get it right.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and start treating allergy orders—and communication—with the care they deserve.

The gluten free donuts were amazing! My daughter has celiac disease and the staff took such care with my order! I was so glad to be able to bring these donuts home knowing the whole family would enjoy them and be safe! I ordered both regular and gluten free donuts- everything was delicious!!

Always been great. Gluten free donuts are yummy too. Miss the slight “crust” like the normal ones have, but I’m just glad I can still eat a donut from here! They can’t guarantee no cross contamination but they assured me they try their best. Thanks, BSD!

I was randomly in town and gps took me to the family dollar next door. I walked to Dough co. out of curiosity thinking I’d just get 1 or 2. Nope!!! These are the best doughnuts I’ve ever had. I live in Brooklyn and I’m still thinking and how I can get back to nj for these. I can’t remember the names of what I ordered but it doesn’t matter. Just order a bunch and enjoy.

Amazing. Everything here is delicious and made to order so it's so fresh. They're always coming up with new concoctions but my favorite are the churro bites - little flaky, crispy, cinnamon sugar pastry bites that are like heaven. Great place for a very special sweet treat.
