Waited over 40 minutes even though we made an online order! Then forgot our lemonade and ice cream cone! Didn’t get an appropriate apology! No straws for two drinks! thoroughly disappointed! They were very short staff! Bad management! Never got a my pleasure!😔

This store is amazing. Whoever manages it should get a raise. So professional and friendly and orders always correct. The Eatontown store down the street on rt 36 is a disaster and should take lessons from this store. Goes to show what a difference top line management makes.

My new obsession is Chick-fil-A. I eat there once a week as a special treat. Everyone who works there and in other locations I visited are exceptionally nice. It is different than most fast food places where everyone seems disgruntled. You will find the opposite service and demeanor of all the workers at Chick-fil-A. Most importantly, the chicken sandwich is so good, I don't seem to tire from it even though I eat there so often. Thanks for your reliable consistency, Chick-fil-A. See you soon...
