Had a terrible experience at this chickfila and definitly will be sticking with the eatontown one. Pomaah our cashier lacked customer service and just basic intelligence. I ordered a large fry and when I check the receipt I see a large mac and cheese. I didn’t care about the mistake but the way she handled it was insane. When asked for a refund because of the huge price difference in fries and mac and cheese Pomaah looked at me like I was crazy. She gave her coworker a side eye and had no idea what to do and didn’t seem to understand why I wanted a refund for the mac and cheese I didn’t order. Then afterwards walked away with a lot of attitude that was not necessary since she was the one that made the mistake. Wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this chick-fil-a and definitly will not be returning.

Food is always great at any chick fil a. This one forgot my food item and instead of returning it back to my card, i had to walk allll the way back down there to get the item instead. They seemed to have team members that were barely trained mannning the front end, at the time this happened.
Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Staff is rude, refuses to give a pup cup (even with payment) and the manager also has a massive attitude problem. Order was wrong, rude staff, slow service.

No complaints. Chick-fil-A as always was great. No problems at all. This was one of the nicest Chick-fil-As that I've been to.
