We come here once a week for family dinner. We have always been treated with kindness, the dining room is always clean, and the food is good and fresh. Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room to sit and eat together.

I had high hopes based upon this being a new location and all the hype I hear about their sandwiches. Unfortunately a failure. The person taking my order did not inform me about the Extra Charge for Mac n Cheese. Not much Cheese in there. The bun on the sandwich was stale and fell apart. Will not return. Overpriced and there are better options for a quick lunch.

Wow - I'm finally done with Chick-fil-A. This is the third time that my chicken sandwich was burnt. But this time the chicken was like rubber. Ended up in the trash

Food is good but they NEVER give you sauce or ask you what kind of sauce you want at the register. Got takeout at the counter with a group and they didn't put ketchup in the bag or ask anyone if they wanted sauce. Also have ordered sauce with food on doordash and they do not put it in the bag ever. Y u no give us the sauce.

Went in the drive thru at this location a few times and they usually forget something like a sauce or napkins. Today I ordered a 12 piece nuggets and received 7 nuggets.

This is seriously the worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know why I came back. The staff is unwelcoming. The service is slow as molasses, no one even acknowledges you. I had a manager just walk by me like I’m a ghost…. Makes sense why the staff acts the way they do. This is clearly a management problem.Last time I came, it was for dinner. The place was gross, like a rest stop fast food joint. It was cleaner today. They get 2 stars since they’re still kind of new.Go to Eatontown, Howell or Brick. You can drive from ocean to those locations and back and have your food faster. Oh yeah… and they jacked up the prices. What are you thinking chickfila?

Chick file a quality has gone down. I ordered the number 1 meal and the sandwich was cold like it was staying on the food rack for one hour. I picked from drive through and didn’t like to go back return/exchange as it was raining. Why would you serve someone cold sandwich. Wasted my money.
