Two girls working counter were very slow and didn’t know what they were doing. When finally got coffee it was not hot. Asked to reheat . Still was the same . They were awful . They need major retraining !had to repeat order 3 times ! It was only Coffee . Nothing complicated .

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever everywhere I go they always make my drink wrong this time the front person said to put it in a ice cup the man with curly blonde highlights dark hair guy didn’t listen. He poured the shot over the ice after being in a hot cup. It taste horrible like burnt espresso has to be poured over ice right away.

I ask for simple things and said then slowly and still got my order wrong, I ask two chamomile tea and ice coffe with almond milk and two caramel and small hot coffee with 5 milks and 1 sugar I told them four times and still got it wrong

Don't let that stop you as the employees are very friendly and accommodating for your needs. Besides that it's nice to go in and chat
Atmosphere inside is 5 star, but outside could be much cleaner. Hence the reduction in star ranking for atmosphere.
Sausage egg cheese wrap was hot and good. The bagel bites were cold inside and stale outside terrible! Bought a half dozen donuts they were stale as well! My small coffee was hot, but it wasn't fresh at all.
Would NEVER go back to that Dunkin Just a waste of money

So amazed by the dream team at this Dunkin!To say the least I order my drinks VERY DIFFERENTLY, the team never has an issue with my requests and always makes my drinks exactly how I like and need.It’s so refreshing to come into a Dunkin and not having to argue with someone about why I need my drink a certain way for 20 minutes.I will only come here, I love the team !Thanks guys !!
