We have been ordering from this place for many years. Lately it has gone so far downhill we are done. Twice in the past 6 months we ordered online with estimated ready time 20 minutes later for pick up confirmed by them. The first time, we waited more than 30 minutes. This week we ordered for pick up and when we got there we were told they did not have our order at all, until I showed them the confirmation on my phone. Then they told me they had a computer issue, but in fact they had my order in hand. Since I had people meeting us at our house, they agreed to deliver the pizza ordered. It took over an hour for that pizza to be delivered (2.5 mi.) and was cold. Another time a few months back I ordered delivery and it never came. When I called they said they did not have my phone # to let me know whatever the reason was that delivery was so late, but both phone # and email are required for onlilne orders.Bad pracice especially when all of these online orders are paid for when the order is submitted.

10/2023: Four of us ate in for a quick and early lunch. The bathroom was so FILTHY when an employee overheard the table speaking about it an out of order sign was put up. This bathroom has not been cleaned in months.The young guy working behind the counter is a hot mess and has no sense of hygiene. Have you ever seen someone eating food in one hand and serving food in the other at the same time, to a table? Awful service.Wash your hands and hire a cleaning person.Wheelchair accessibility: Park in the rear but enter through the front to access the tables without having to go down a couple of steps.

This place has a very friendly staff until you have a complaint. I’ve eaten here a few times. It’s a bit pricey but the antipasta is very good. The pizza is well done but they state that clearly on the menu. What they don’t state, at all, is the difference in the Grandma’s Pie and the Angry Grandma’s. Grandma’s has fresh mozzarella. So, since it’s not stated differently, you’d expect the AG to have fresh mozz plus the other ingredients listed under the description. Nope. I just paid 30$ for a dry, burnt, sqaure pepperoni pie and the owner told me that’s just the way it is. Shame

I love Gianni's pizza. I order a lot of takeout, and they are always on time. The pizza tastes great. I'm a little weird with my pizza crust and ask for it extra crispy. They have perfected it for me. When I walk in, everyone is super friendly, and they know me by name. Thanks for the delicious food!

This place is really good. The food is fresh and extremely tasty. I am confused why they have a four as a rating- I think they should have closer to a five. They are always nice and helpful. The Sicilian square slice is the best! Or Grandma whatever they call it.
The food is very good but getting it hot is the problem..Gianni's is awesome again!! The last 3 times we have gotten it the food was hot and awesome!!

Great local pizzeria in Oakhurst in a location that previously served as a florist and before that the Oakhurst Bar. We frequently get their Sausage and Mushroom New York style pizza when visiting my mother-in-law in New Jersey. I love their thin and crispy crust. Just the right amount of sauce. Definitely worth trying this one out.
