Delicious. A neighborhood hub in a crowded plaza. Friendly, hospitable staff. Don’t crowd because seating is limited so best to pick up and picnic! Come hungry, but be patient. They are making the food as fast as they can! Pancakes as big as your face and fluffy!
Nearly impossible to find chopped cheese sandwiches in NJ delis(they are an NY staple), however the awesome folks here were able to make a custom order at my request. Sandwich was terrific, awesome customer service also!
I stopped into Grossman’s for the first time today (6/15/24) after reading so many positive reviews. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. As for the food, I ordered a chicken gyro. I was honestly underwhelmed by it. The ingredients were fresh, however the chicken itself was rather bland and on the dry side. I know most people visit a particular restaurant and order what they’re known for but I was in the mood for a gyro although it probably wasn’t the best choice....
