I had high hopes at Ippin Ramen, this restaurant was highly recommended by peers and family members but I was very disappointed with the service. We were ignored multiple times, left waiting almost 20 minutes for appetizers and then another 30 minutes on top of that for our ramen. (We did place everything together) I understood perhaps that sometimes things happen and it might’ve just been busy with their other orders, I felt that I was treated very rudely by the server and she practically sighed every time I asked for a drink refill. Very rudely stating ‘you do know that refills aren’t free right, I am charging you for each drink’ with a very mean look which I knew from the start since it’s written on the menu and didn’t mind paying for. But I’ll give them the benefit that the food itself was decent, I ordered the spicy miso ramen, the pork was VERY undercooked and I am not lying when I say I could only make it to my car before throwing up all over the parking lot. I hope to give ippin ramen another chance in the near future but after this rude experience I probably won’t for a long time! :(

Ordered spicy kakuni ramen and tonkatsu ramen. Very flavorful broth, well seasoned chashu. TBH not as flavorful as what we used to get in HI, but still really good. Also ordered agedashi tofu and takoyaki. All were tasty; we plan to come back often.

Very bad experience with staff members
yummy!
Very satisfying/ extremely filling. Next time we visit we’re going to share 1 bowl of ramen and a couple appetizers. Great service
The noodles tasted like store ramen, I was expecting more flavor. But the broth in the ramen was really good. The Appetizers were tasty and everything else, but I came for the ramen and I won't come again for the ramen, I was expecting handmade noodles.
My first time having lunch with a very good seafood soup.
the chicken katsu curry was delicious!! I live about 25 minutes away but it was still steaming hot when I got home. Pick up was super quick! The chicken was very tender and the curry flavorful. I also ordered the shrimp shumai which were tasty. I will be back
Ones of the hostess been Rude , has bad attitude when l went to pick up my food

charged us for food we sent back
Very good overall, fairly priced and their pork belly is perfection.
Really good
Chicken buns not good, chicken age not good, fried rice really not good, oolong tea was ok.
It's a ramen place so hopefully the ramen is good, but I just threw out most of my order. Chewy meat, stringy/woody veggies, everything feels kinda greasy. The oolong was ok, but I didn't care for it (no sugar added, that's on me).
I don’t know where to begin , ABSOLUTELY amazing . One of the best experiences at a restaurant I’ve had , remarkable hospitality and awareness. Food was fresh and delicious! Good selection, hard to choose !!!
I got the tako yaki, steak ramen w/ bokchoy and and extra egg & chicken fried rice which definitely has a homemade taste so it’s definitely a comfort food. Plenty of room inside . Some things to note only 1 free refill and the entrance you definitely have to look for but besides that 11/10
