I don’t think less care, or preparation could have been applied to making the sandwich. The meat is horrible- over cooked, greasy and fatty. It was handed over in a plastic bag from a local realtor. And, it was $24.
I was done after 2 bites.

They didn’t send any condiments for the two items orders so couldn’t eat the food had to order from another place dinner . The manager instead of listening to the problem blamed it on me .

Working in the area but normally frequented many kosher business in Lakewood. I can say this is the worst of any establishment. We ordered and they did not bring out our sides. The brisket was tougher than rubber. The fries are what you would expect from a frozen wholesaler. The counter service was poor and more than subpar.

EVERY TIME I EAT AT THIS PLACE OR GET IT DELIVERED OR EVEN JUST PICK UP, THE FEW THINGS I CAN SAY IS THAT THE PLACE IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRESH AND AND FULL OF FLAVOR. I WAS CURIOUS HOW THE FOOD WAS SO CONSISTANTLY AWESOME. I ACTUALLY CALLED THE EATERY AND THE OWNER TOOK MY CALL. I ASKED HIM WHAT THE SECRET WAS AND HE SAID "NOT ONLY DO WE GET THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND FRESHEST INGREDIENTS BUT, EVERYTHING IS MADE THE WAY WE WOULD WANT TO EAT IT AND WE DONT CUT ANY CORNERS. TO THE OWNERS AND WORKERS AT PKS, YOU HAVEW GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Honestly, I wish I could give 5 stars to this place. Excellent food, clean place, and great location. However, they really need to brush up on their staff interactions with customers. Pretty uncomfortable at certain times.
