Al the playas are nice always clean and kids working are always friendly and helpful but I paid 1.00 more for extra peanut butter and there wasent extra. It’s totally fine next time I go if I tell them they will make it up

Asked and paid for extra nutella on 4 bowls and had to ask twice but got an attitude from the girl making bowls and still didn't get what I paid for. I've been to other stores that are much friendlier.

Used to come here all the time they used to give me so much Nutella when I would pay extra. This time I paid extra and even left a 2 dollar tip. She proceeded To put me extremely little Nutella and I told her I paid for extra she told me to reach out to corporate because there’s nothing she could do about it and yell at me. Extremely disappointed. They became so cheap on everything including the fruits. Used to be the best place hopefully they can change it back!!

was told the reason my Playa Bowls were half full was because of “allergy reasons,” but I didn’t request anything to be removed for allergies. I’ve also ordered the exact same bowls before and I have pictures — they were full and had all the toppings.
Something is clearly off with the way these were made or weighed.

The bowl itself was delicious. But they told me that corporate policies changed, and now they won’t put the regular amount that they normally put for the condiments. (It’s way less) I had to pay for three “addings”of nutella and peanut butter to get the normal amount that’s given. It’s a bit frustrating, knowing how much $$ you pay per bowl. Hopefully it’s not like this at other locations

for some reason they always dont put enough toppings in the bowl like they used to in this location.
Went to Playa Bowl today, and I got a custom bowl which I always get, of half pitaya half banana base, with granola, coconut, strawberry , blueberries and Nutella and they $17.00 !!! I said ma'am I've never been charged this much she just looked at me. The people made it and didn't say anything. Too expensive!! And the bowls are half the size now

I’ve been doing some work in the area and stopped by here yesterday — the Dulce Protein Smoothie was actually pretty good, maybe a little heavy on the banana but still solid.
Went back again today and it looked like I got coffee instead of a smoothie. I politely asked if they could remake it, and honestly, the attitude I got made me feel like I did something wrong. I even showed them how watery it was — it’s not like I ordered online and showed up late. I ordered in-store.
They remade it, but it was definitely made with some frustration. It tasted off, super sour — my cheeks are still tingling. Definitely not the same Dulce as yesterday.
Lol - Just being real — I won’t be coming back to this Playa Bowls. I’m all for supporting local spots, but not when it comes with attitude and a poor experience.
