The best coffee but this location needs to better situate their parking lot, expand it or change its location (I know about the other one by Rt 35). The small parking lot that only has one entrance/exit creates a bad traffic jam/unsafe driving at the intersection especially in the summer when everyone takes over Deal/Oakhurst.

Parking is absolutely horrendous. All the brooklyn jew bennys don’t know how to drive, back up without looking and park in the FIRE ZONE. Steer clear of this location if you’re a TRUE local who doesn’t need the aggravation.
