“It was a great experience seeing my name at the Drive Thru area as I arrived for my mobile order. I definitely do not see that in the NYC area and that might be something to think about. The customer service is an added benefit as they were efficient and pleasant on the times we visited. So if you are in Cobb County and along the East-West Connector then stop by this location.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional team members at the Dunkin Donuts on River Road in Elmwood Park, across from Marcel paper Company. Rosie and Millie from the 9:30 AM shift. They are consistently amazing. Even during busy mornings, they stay calm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The store is always clean when they’re working, and their customer service is outstanding. As a boss myself it’s hard to find great employees that go the extra mile.
They truly deserve appreciation for how hard they work.

“Honestly the most consistent Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Most places have good and bad days, but this place always makes my drink the same. Maybe because its fairly new, but I really hope they keep it up. My go to Dunkin and much much better than most places. I will keep coming here frequently as long as the consistency stays. I recommend this DD to everyone passing by.“

“Staff was fantastic yesterday. Very accommodating woman who ran three gift certificates through to see how much money on them. She wore a chicken hat....so great for the season! Also we met my Dad's best friend....who worked at Boston Naval Shipyard with him many years ago. I asked another young woman if she could lower the sounds a little for us as I wanted to make sure we could all hear each other ...she was wonderful. I would go there again just for the staff.“

“I get my coffee at this Dunkin more than I would like to admit. lol. But in any case, the reason I go here so often is because this is by far one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. From the morning crew to the evening crew each member is attentive, kind and clearly doing the best they can to provide service to the myself and the other Dunkin customers. If you trying to grab a quick coffee, or dine in and share coffee with a friend, this is the Dunkin to go to.“

“Amazing service and good coffee. I always get something simple like a caramel iced latte, hash browns and/or a sandwich. The man behind the counter was great! Sometimes it does get busy because it's usually only one or two people at the store, but we must learn to give our service workers some grace as they are human too. If you are running late or rushing for your coffee this location may not be for you.
Overall I am happy coming here :) with my two toddlers they enjoy it very much.“
