Your employee Charlie does a fantastic job. I live nearby and stop in pretty regularly. Whenever she is working your store is in good hands. The store is clean, well maintained; and she handles multiple orders with ease. She's also very friendly and has excellent customer service. 5 stars every time.

I hate to leave a negative review, however, I came in to pick up my drink and noticed the color was off and tasted different so I knew it was made incorrectly so I asked for it to be remade. I watched the girl who remade it put the new drink in the original cup that wasn't cleaned out and it tasted the same as the last, I honestly don't know if it was made incorrectly again or if I was tasting the remnants leftover from the last drink. I didn't not ask for it to...

This is the best Dunkin ever. I love hashbrowns and I ordered another bag of them after eating my first and the 🐐 that was taking orders gave me extra hashbrowns for the price of one. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD THANK YOU IT MADE MY DAY.
