We order from here pretty regularly and the food is always pretty good. The reason I’m waiting this review is that no less than 50% of the time for deliveries our drink order is wrong (and that may be being generous). If we order two smaller soda bottles we’ll get one. If we order a 2 liter Diet Coke we’ll get a regular Coke. It’s almost comical at this point, but it’s something that really needs to be paid more attention to as I’m sure it can’t only be us that have this problem.

I read some old reviews on Frank's after I had experienced eating there a while back and frankly that's what led me to write this review. Everyone has an opinion, so be it, but mine is in support of this establishment as are so many others. Every other Thursday or so , a group of my friends frequent Frank's and are treated royally. It's good, no matter what we order. Personal size pizzas, dinner entrees or sandwiches are all excellent at a fair price.

I came here on a whim after a long day of work- not expecting much since there are tons of decent, average pizzerias within a 5 mile radius. Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious my pizza slices were! I got the grandma and white pizza and I have to say, they were wonderful!

My family has been going to this location ever since they’ve opened. We’ve had several birthday parties here throughout the years and we cater our Christmas Eve order from here every year (despite the fact that we moved 40 minutes away a few years ago, we still make the trip). Their food is top quality, in our opinion they have the best Italian food in the area, and their service is always incredible. We’ve gotten to know the owners of both Oakland and Pompton Lakes locations and they have always made sure our orders come out right as well as express their appreciation and concern. They have provided our family and friends with good food and great memories throughout the years and we gratefully appreciate and highly recommend Frank’s Pizza.

Our waitress was terrible. She acted like she never worked a day in her life. Took my order than left, not taking my friends order !!! Flagged her down to take her order. She brought me the wrong thing and took forever to bring the rest. Mine was so bad I couldn’t eat it. Our butts fell asleep waiting so long for the checks. One older guy wearing a hat and apron behind the counter was eating out of his bare hands while working with the food. -so gross. I won’t go back and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
