Terrible customer service. The owner just screams at you for their mistake. Do not eat there. People always find stuff in their food.

The delivery driver was very very rude. he first did not come out of his car, then when i figured out it was him and i approached his car to give him the money and ask for change for tip he told me "this is not a pizza place we deliver chinese" so when i came back inside my coworker went out instead and he was even more rude to her. practically threw the bag out the window at her. when we called to complain the owner defended him!!! she said he was sick and was having a bad day. well if he was sick then he should not be around food. I would stay clear of this place.

The absolute worst Chinese restaurant ever. Price gouging and real nasty attitude. Called to place a lunch special at 2:45 pm knowing all chinese restaurants lunch special last from 11 am to 3 pm. The woman picked up and said lunch specials were over and I had to buy the normal priced one. Then they don't have any small choices it's only one size and it's way over priced. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you very much.

Not sure what all the complaining is about in the reviews. I think their food is pretty tasty and prices are reasonable. Would recommend the lo mein as it's one of the only places that isn't too greasy. Thanks Oakland Chineese, I'll always be a customer :).

Worst Chinese restaurant ever!!! I found a fly in my food. Made my husband throw up. When I complained, I was told to bring the food back to get my money back. When I got to the restaurant the owner accused me of putting the fly in the food. He said, "Do you always do this?" Then he said we ate most of the food which was untrue. He also tried to give me a partial refund, grudgingly. I told him I wanted all of my money back and nothing less. He said, "The next time this happens you shouldn't eat all of the food." I told him that we did not eat all of the food. Due to the owners lack of decency he lost a loyal customer. Do not give this restaurant your business. I'm going to file a complaint with the heath department.

Ordered from here tonight. Woman on the phone was rude. Then they were rude to us when we picked up the food. Save your money and go someplace where your patronage is appreciated.

First set your expectations to the fast food level. Then, order Chinese from here and request low oil when preparing it and it is edible. I'd rate the food a 2.5. I ordered vegetable lomein, vegetable fried rice, fried wontons, white rice and egg rolls. My go to used to be Chicken with Broccoli but I stopped ordering chicken from Chinese places a long time ago (exception is PF Chang's) because I kept finding it slimy and disappointing. From Oakland Chinese, I liked the vegetable lomein and fried wontons. My kids like the white rice with soy sauce. I got my kids to eat the broccoli from the lomein (though it was a limited quantity) that was a win!

Not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. It is not not edible. That being said it's not the best #1 chinese place but it's very close to my job and the food is okay. It is a bit pricey but when your the only jam on the main strip you can be. I had chicken and Brock with PFR the yellow rice wasn't that good but the chicken and broccoli was Good.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. All the food is uneaten for the most part. $40 for two people. So bad so bad. Chicken and broccoli is hard to mess up. So salty you would die. The brown sauce is a nightmare. And that's a staple. Ordered lemon chicken. Inedible chicken. Like so tough you can't bite into it. And the sauce tasted like lemon dish detergent. Worst tasting hot and sour soup ever. Avoid this place like the plague. You might get the plague eating here. Yuck. AVOID.

I have visited this place regularly before they moved to the new location (under their prior name). After they moved the food quality went significantly downhill. I no longer visit here, as the traffic is insufficient to ensure that ingredients are fresh. The last time I did order, I did throw everything out because the chicken and other ingredients had an odor that suggested it was not fresh.
This place is actually kind of scary the tables in their diningroom carry supplies like cases of soda and paper goods and electrical cords all around. The food should be better for the price you're paying the egg rolls are very greasy and the chicken and broccoli was super sauced.pork fried rice was missing pork. I would suggest passing this place. Normally I like to relax on the eat I couldn't wait to leave

I have been at this place twice inside and ordered from here a few times. There is seating for people who are wondering. I really don't know why other people are complaining about this resturant. The place is fine, none of my orders have gotten messed up, and the food is great. The Vegetable Lo Mein is a must try. The average price for a meal + side here is $10-$20. This restaurant is good, despite what others say.
