Used to come to this location all the time when I attended Ramapo, stopped by last week and the staff was friendly and kind. Brian was especially helpful, answered all of my questions about the cold foam and helped my sister pick out a beverage. She struggles with large menus and can be indecisive.

This was one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The parking lot was full of aggressive drivers, so be careful as you’re entering and trying to park. The bathrooms have a code to get in (totally understandable), however my wife and I had to wait almost 6 minutes before an employee came to the register to give us that code. And if they had been short-staffed and the place were packed maybe that’d be a reasonable thing. However, there were multiple employees chatting with each other, drinking their own beverages that they just made in front of us. I’m not begrudging anyone a break or a beverage, but maybe signage that tells customers folks are on break to manage expectations? Once we could finally get into them the bathrooms were disgusting. I don’t think we’ll make a habit of stopping by this location on road trips through NJ.

I have had my fair share of Starbucks drinks but this location is by far the worst store in all of NJ. I ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte and it tasted like filtered cardboard water. It also did not contain any toppings and was a very unpleasant color. Absolutely disgusting and wasted my $6. Also, there was not a single person in store or in the drive through and no one was there to take my order. It kind of felt like they were ignoring customers so they can slack off. I went on 12/11 at around 4:00pm, so management, please get your workers trained!

I waited at the counter to place my order. After 2 or 3 minutes a guy said he would be right with me. Another minute or 2 and another customer went to the other register and a guy took his order first. I let him know I was standing their first and waiting and not even a sorry reply. I have had nothing but either a bad beverage or experience like this the few times I listed this location.

This was one of the dirtiest and messy Starbucks I e ever been to. It was really gross . The bathroom was in complete disarray, trash cans not changed, sticky floors , and smelled. The trash cans in main area were also full, sticky and dirty. The drink pick up area was sticky and messy and looked as if it wasn't wiped or cleaned in weeks. They weren't that busy and had a full staff. Really bad management. YIKES!

The tipping culture is out of control. I didn't like that the moment I drove up to the window to pick up my $5 drink, I was asked how much I would like to tip!!
