I don't normally leave reviews but this was one of my most pleasant Starbucks experiences! We were there on July 14 in the evening and there were several kind girls working. Each one was personable and attentive. The restrooms were quite clean as well. There was an error with one of our drinks and they immediately made us a new one. Wish I was local so I could visit again!
Didn't like that as soon as I reached the drive-through window. First thing out of the girl's mouth was, would I like to leave a tip on the card today? What ever happened to hello?

Used to come to this location all the time when I attended Ramapo, stopped by last week and the staff was friendly and kind. Brian was especially helpful, answered all of my questions about the cold foam and helped my sister pick out a beverage. She struggles with large menus and can be indecisive.
