“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

What stood out the most to me, though, was an employee named Connor. After another worker accidentally messed up my drink order, he immediately stepped in with kindness and professionalism. Instead of making the situation awkward or brushing it off, he made me feel completely taken care of. He was calm, understanding, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy. Small interactions like that can completely change someone’s day, and he handled it perfectly.

On top of being incredibly helpful, he was also very personable and friendly, which made the experience feel more genuine rather than forced customer service. You could tell he cared about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. His positive attitude and confidence stood out immediately, and it honestly made the whole store atmosphere feel better.

Overall, this Starbucks location exceeded expectations. The service was fast, the employees worked efficiently under pressure, and Connor especially turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. Employees like him are a huge reason customers come back, and the store is lucky to have someone who represents the company so well.“

“Such a gorgeous atmosphere! It really feels like a garden inside, decorated from ceiling to floor with just the right touch.

The pistachio latte and mango matcha were amazing. I love pistachio, but I’m usually not able to taste it in beverages but this time, I could, and it was the perfect balance. The matcha was just as good. I got it with the recommended whole milk, and it was delicious.

On the way to their beautiful restroom, I caught a glimpse of them freshly chopping the mango, and you can truly taste the freshness. It wasn’t too sweet or too bitter, and it wasn’t watery at all.

Should have posted this a couple of weeks ago to let everyone know what an absolutely beautiful job they did with the delicious Woodland Creatures 1/2 sheet cake for my daughter’s baby shower! Wow! It was so moist and tasty, received so many compliments from the ladies. And you know we ladies love our cakes! The decorator created an over-the-top adorable woodland creatures design. Even the gluten free cupcakes were tasty and gorgeous. Kudos to the entire staff and owner. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend this bakery when you want the best! Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. I would absolutely take another class with him in the future!“

I have been looking for a new coffee spot for a while now because I’m over the leading big brands charging me 12$ each morning for a small coffee 😭. I was tired of my coffee order being the exact same but it tasting different Everytime. My final straw was paying 7$ for a coffee and it tasting like a burnt pot of espresso and essentially interrupting my morning.

This is when I started going to better daze! I got the salted caramel cold brew a few times now and it has tasted the same time and time again. I’m a roll out of bed and go to work kind of girl so long lines aren’t my thing. Every time Iv come in here the girls behind the counter are just the sweetest things in the world and the coffee orders are efficient enough where I don’t have to wait so long. If you like cool people, and like a cool atmosphere this place is for u. I love u better daze and I can’t wait to try this entire menu!!!!“
