ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFAST AND LUNCH SPOTS!I have been going to Wilkes for about a year. I've never had a bad experience. Their egg and cheese sandwich is delicious and most of their lunch sandwiches are FANTASTIC!The owner is a great guy. He is always happy to see you. He goes out of his way to learn your name, he is always engaging, and willing to go the extra step.Check them out!#SpreadLove #SpeakTheTruth

Not a fan. Have sign near menu board indicating prices may not be the same due to increased costs. It's an electronic menu board that could be easily updated with the correct prices. Got Italian listed as $9, end up costing $10.65 and no longer comes with chips and pickle. So they raise the price and take away the chips and pickle. Not as good as JDs and lost a customer.
You won't find a better deli around. Aside from friendly service and fantastic sandwiches, they offer weekday specials which are always delicious. I'm a huge fan of the California Cheesesteak but you honestly can't go wrong with any choice. Don't forget to get a "bucket" of Iced Tea

Not sure if they're related to the Wilkes in mahwah but it certainly isn't the same. Very tiny Italian hero with no meat. Go to the Wilkes in mahwah. I won't be back here

I've been ordering food and drinks through GrubHub while at work. I ordered twice from Wilkes because I loved the Wilkes on Glen Ave. Ridgewood NJ. The food and sandwiches have been spot on. Thank you and I look forward to ordering more lunches from Wilkes of Oakland!!!
