Very odd experience. They don’t have any hot dog pretzels even if you request and wait, no plain pretzels either, everything with salt only. The only thing they do have is attitude. Would skip this store on the boardwalk. The only unfriendly spot I’ve seen over here.

Steven at 768 Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ was incredible making absolutely certain that we were taken care of even though his store was not open. The Auntie Anne's website has the hours for this location swapped with the store farther up the boardwalk. He took great measures to explain what was going on and took steps to get us what we needed. Steven is an exemplary leader and customer representative. He is an outstanding asset to this company.

Very rude customer service, My family and I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I went back very respectfully explaining that my drink was watered down. The manger proceeded to shake her head and encourage her staff to give rude customer service after a boy that worked there told me “he wouldn’t make me another drink” after I asked to get a refund of my money. He proceeded to tell me that I’m a horrible customer because I wanted another drink.
