If you like. Good barbecue , you'd better try this place. Fall off the bone baby back ribs. Mac and cheese which is phenomenal. And the corn bread are all recommended. I'm going back to try the brisket. The atmosphere is fine cute little place off of ninth street. The people were extremely friendly and nice. But the food was uneffin believable.

I loved everything about this bbq place. We ordered the wings and cornbread to start and both were perfection. The wings are smoky and covered in the family recipe sauce. The chicken falls off the bones. The cornbread is also a family recipe, and along with the butter, is like autumn in a perfect cornbread bite. Incredible.
We also ordered a half rack of ribs each which were also smothered in the family bbq sauce recipe and also fell off the bone. I got fries which I am pretty sure were fresh cut and fried perfectly. My husband ordered the beans as a side and couldn't stop raving about how good and flavorful they were.
I can't believe we never noticed this wonderful place when it was on the Boardwalk but I am thrilled to have found them here at their new location on the corner of 9th and Atlantic. We got to eat outside in the shade and thoroughly enjoy this experience. Cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful family business with a spot on the boardwalk and a sit down restaurant a couple of blocks from the beach. In addition to the ribs and grest soul food the restaurant also features a nice breakfast buffet with an omelette station and make your own waffles. Best of all is the super friendly family and service...best ribs in Ocean City

Im not one to leave reviews unless I want to rave about a place, if you have nothing nice to say just stay quiet.
This is an exception..
We came here thinking it was Augies, its not so we thought we'd try.
The breakfast was awful. So much so id have no interest to try their lunch or dinner menu.
The breakfast was sub par which is generous, expensive, and there was an 18% gratuity added automatically for 2 people. They were short staff so service was slow.
The breakfast menu was very limited as well and everything was extra. An omelet wasn't an omelet unless you added the extra.
On the plus my husband said the water was good.
Because of our bad experience id have no interest in trying their dinner.
Maybe you should give up serving breakfast.

My boy and I were starving went to the board walk to grab some food walked by buddy loves bbq and was immediately met by the best people on the board walk, I’ll be honest I forget their names but shoutout them, to their parents THEY BE WORKING!!!! Food was good too a big burger and fries was the perfect way to finish off the night

I really hate to do this, BUT I have to. Last year, we visited the location on the boardwalk and had such a GREAT meal! Their ribs, potato salad, mac and cheese, and BBQ baked beans were phenomenal! We looked forward to their food again this year on our family vacation. Tonight, we ordered 2 racks of ribs with sides (equaling 4 sides). Turns out they do not sell these items on the boardwalk anymore. Nbd. We walked to the restaurant to order (not far). My family of 5 was SO excited to eat their food again. All 5 of us were SO disappointed! The side dishes were half the size of last years. They didn't have the potato salad tonight. The bbq baked beans were literally mush..the Mac and cheese was so dried out. The coleslaw was about 5 bites before the container was empty (an even smaller container than the other sides). The fries we received were about a handful. The ribs, I feel like were reheated (dried out), and they just added bbq sauce to them. The sauce definitely was not the same. We went there at about 5:30pm. We were so disappointed this year. We will never go back. Not sure why everything was SO different, but it definitely wasn't worth the $106 we paid. We gave our 2nd rack of ribs to a stranger staying in our building because we didn't want to throw that much money away.

Bought a mango slushie for my 3 year old. While she was dancing to the music playing through the speakers, she dropped her drink. My dad and I offered to clean the icee that was outfront, but the employees insisted on taking care of it and even poured more fresh mango slushie to make up for the part that had spilled. Great customer service/ atmosphere. Thank you!
