I ordered the caprese sandwich expecting mozzarella and tomatoes. I bit into it and it was all spinach. I called to ask if they could issue a refund or do anything about it, but there was just a pregnant silence. When asked “is that just how it’s made?” They said “yeah,” followed by more silence. They use a single tomato and a single cube of mozzarella just enough to cover 1/4 of the bagel sandwich. I used to love this place and am very disappointed by how this was handled and the quality of the sandwich.

I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review for a bagel place. Here’s the deets:
We ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese, tomato, bacon and egg. We received wheat bagels with bacon and egg on them… when we called back to let them know -we were met with attitude. They offered for us to drive back and they would supply the tomato and cream cheese… with the woman’s response as “yeahhh, you can drive back and come get some tomato and cream cheese”. She literally did not care! We called it a loss and got Wawa.
Again- it’s a bagel place and our world didn’t end. Posting this for others to be aware.

I've ordered from here on doordash for breakfast when I work right across the bridge. The breakfast sandwich I got the first time was okay but the next 2 times I ordered, never again. I ordered the deviled egg salad sandwich for lunch. Most pathetic sandwich I've ever seen. Hardly any egg salad on the bread, put messingly together with some tomato and lettuce. Horrible. I just ordered from there today the honey ricotta toast for breakfast. That's simple enough right? Can't mess it up. What came was bread not toasted at all with cold ricotta cheese spread on it. No honey. So I went and got honey packets from the break room to try and salvage it but still awful. Cold bread not toasted with cold ricotta spread. How can you charge 12 bucks for that? Never ordering from here again.

The food is decent but nothing to write home about. Three stars because wow is it expensive for what you get. $5.50 for a bagel with cream cheese? You're out of your mind. Breakfast sandwiches are around $10. If they were cheaper they would get five stars. But for the price I expected a lot more.

Being Honest
I decided to try this place out, so I called to place a takeout order. Immediately I was placed on hold. I understand if they were busy. So after waiting 5 minutes on hold, I decided to start driving to the location thinking there was long lines. I was staying 39 blocks away. So 10 minutes later still on hold, I was in line to place my order at the location. There was only 2 people in front of me, so it didn't appear to be that busy. But still I have patience for people when they're busy or if they forgot I was on hold. What I dont have patience for is after 20 minutes being on hold I watched the counter person pick up the phone while I'm still on hold and hang it up without answering it, then proceed to smile and laugh about it to the customers in front of me. So to the girl working the counter with the glasses you should be aware with today's technology, that there's eyes and ears everywhere. Food for thought. And by the way, The Food was Excellent!!

Won’t be coming here again. With my family on vacation so we are new to the area and the service here was not warm or friendly at all. I had an online order and asked upon walking in, the cashier told me it probably wasn’t ready. Waited about 20 min only to notice there was a take out section. My food was sitting there. I also was there with my toddler who thankfully waited patiently. As I walked out, I noticed the orange juice machine. I asked to order and the barista looked around and asked if I ordered it already which I did not. He proceeded to rudely state, “well no, I don’t have any right now then.” Isn’t that the point of the machine? To make the juice!? Never again. Our bagels were also not tasty enough to deal with rude customer service.
We stopped by here today for breakfast and ordered 2 CYO sandwiches ($9 each), 2 bagels with cream cheese ($5.50 each), and 2 orange juices ($7.50 each). I paid with my card and selected the option for no tip and no receipt, as I planned to toss cash in the tip jar after grabbing my order. We sat down outside and a minute or two later I got an alert for my Apple Pay payment for nearly $68. That was almost $20 more than what was shown when I paid inside (with tax included). I went back in to the lady at the counter, who was less than thrilled to even be there and had been rude since we initially walked in. She gave me attitude because she didn't know why it was $68 either so I had her pull up the order and reprint the receipt. After I had walked away to go outside, "someone" had added a tip to my order hence the significantly higher bill. I was then given attitude when I asked for a refund. All the while, they were pulling crates of oranges directly off the Syco truck and dumping them unwashed and with stickers on right into the orange juice machine. If you're going to charge $7.50 for a small cup of orange juice you could at least wash the things first! Overall, the employee's poor attitude and shady practices will keep us away from there in the future.

Our Bagel breakfast sandwiches were fresh and done to perfection! The woman at the counter was very friendly and the service was great. They had a nice big table with umbrellas for shade for us to sit and eat with our kids and grandkids. Upbeat music playing at a good level even for grandparents ?

Went today and ordered a bagel and a bagel sandwich: ordered a pork roll egg and cheese on a chocolate chip bagel. Should have checked the order but it was slow so I figured they would get it right. Get home. My sandwich is on an everything bagel. I go back and the girl barely acknowledged me and when I finally talked to her she was more interested in proving to the chef that he made the order wrong and that she rung it in right. Never once got an apology. Once I checked it this time I could tell they just took the sandwich ingredients and transferred it to a new bagel so it still had everything seasoning on it. At that point I just wanted to get out of there because I was losing my patience. Would not recommend or go back.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Waited in line for my take out order. Was told if it wasn’t on the rack it would be out shortly. Waited an hour longer while I watched countless people get their orders wrong. One guy got his food and came right back in to explain it was not what he ordered. They told him it was in fact what he ordered and handed it back to him. Another guy was waiting as long as me for a DoorDash pickup and they told him it was already sent out. I finally asked about my order again and they told me it was already made but they must have given it to someone else. When they finally made my two sandwiches again the girl left them on the counter without letting me know it was ready. I had to check the receipt to know it was mine. I won’t come back to this place.
