Very expensive. Eggs shouldn't cost $15!
"Tomato bacon jam" was just sauteed onions.
Steak was severely under seasoned and a little tough. Pancakes were good. Crab toast was ok, but nothing special. Would go back to try lunch.
Lobster Benedict was pretty good but bacon was soggy under tomatoes and hollandaise was just average.
Great little spot for breakfast that I always forget about due to the location, but the location is great! Nice views and very delicious breakfast

3 of 4 dishes were undercooked. Dining area was unappealing and had a greasy smell. Servers were polite and understanding, but on second attempt the kitchen still served an undercooked omelette with raw runny eggs.

First time here on a whim visit to OC. Food was great, got the fish tacos and crabcake sandwich. $5 for an iced tea is a lot. Nice view of the bay.

Our out-of-state guest & a few family members revisited here last week knowing we'd enjoy their consistent basic seafood lunch entrees. Our server was a delight and efficient.
We did not expect to be part of an Alfred Hitchcock setting with seagulls flying inside pecking at the tables around us. Ewww!
Birds carry & drop lots of bacteria, virus's, parasites from their wings and other body parts as they flap & peck. Gulls are called "flying rats" for a reason.
Eating hurriedly & left knowingly a handful of public health violations were broken. Hunger will cause the mind to make poor decisions I suppose. With spare napkins, I semi-covered the plate to quickly enjoy a good crab cake.
Dockside management: staple gun the clear wire back up. It isn 't an expensive fix.
Never, ever feed seagulls.

Have you ever felt fortunate to eat somewhere with great food, the kindest staff, excellent seating to watch the boats, and parking worked? We have...Our grandchildren were treated so kindly.
Thank you Dockside Kitchen staff! We will return!!!
If you’re looking for brunch on the water this place is perfect. I had the short rib toast and it was amazing. 10/10. If you’re in OC you gotta give this place a shot. Wait staff was very nice. We also had the crab or toast and it was awesome.

Great place for breakfast, Brunch, and lunch! We had the fish and shrimp tacos which were incredibly delicious!! Kids went to the water park and we were able to sit and eat while watching them play in the water park! Staff was pretty friendly even with the crazy busy crowd! Been here a second time now and totally enjoy the vibe on the Bay in the early afternoon! Thank you!!
