The one thing you should never do is tell a customer that what they said was wrong😠maybe their microphone in the Drive-Thru is broken or something but if we hadn’t double checked from what we saw on the screen we would of gotten the wrong drink again. Second times this happened here. It was just the one employee, the other one seemed to handle and knew what we wanted from the get-go.

Absolutely Horrible!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! SLOW WAIT TIME FOR A MOIBLE ORDER!!!!! LITTERITALLY TOOK 30 MINUTES JUST TO GET MY SANDWICH!!!!! THE GUY AT THE SANDWICH AREA WAS VERY SLOW DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE!!!!! Dirty place not well kept at all and really not organized!!!!!! Worst Dunkin. Closed early every single day. Lock the front doors so you have to go in the drive-thru. Said she needs to be done cleaning at 845 so I couldn’t get what I wanted at 7pm because she was cleaning up for the night already so could only get hot coffee and tea. She’s miserable with an attitude problem. Slammed the window and said to go to McDonald’s. Went to the Somers Point Dunkin location and they said this location is run poorly.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and it’s consistently chaotic. Orders are often incorrect, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the service is slow—today I waited over 15 minutes just to exit the drive-thru. With so many great coffee spots in Ocean City, there’s really no reason to waste your time here.

it took 30 MINUTES to get my drink (not even that busy btw) then a worker THREW OUT my receipt for my mobile order? I watched her throw it out. Had to go up to remind her abt my food. The girls in front of me were there before me and still hadn’t got their drink by the time they left. idk what happened

Staying at a condo for a week nearby, had high hopes as Dunkin is my favorite place on earth. I ordered a Large Unsweetened ice tea. They didn't put Splenda in my tea like requested but that's ok because I carry my own in my purse. My complaint was the skunky tea I got which tells me they don't change the filter or they don't make new tea daily. 100% disgusting. I do not recommend. Shout out to McDonald's next door who saved the day!
Very short staff and all new people. I go inside since almost daily they get my order wrong. I still give them 5 stars because they are new and are really trying. If I worked there I would mess up all the orders. Be nice and patient when going there it’s not easy and you have no right to be nasty

This Dunkin location has gone through so many staff changes over the years for better or worse. I would say the current staff are making this location great and my choice outside of Sopo and Marmora. Food is made to order, nothing is ever missing, coffee drinks are made correctly, service is fast and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I hate giving bad reviews but this one deserves it. The workers had huge dicks in their ears while taking my order , on top of that they get two things in my order wrong. I ask them to fix it and they did but again it was wrong I had to tell them over and over again. So disappointed and they need to do better. Nobody wants bitter ass coffee and workers who don’t listen. And when I called the man who picked up sounded like he didn’t care. So rude so unprofessional do better dunkin. Seriously.
