I'm so sorry but it was a horrible experience. I found hair in my munchkins then asked to change it. Apparently they didn't care and gave the new munchkins after we asked again . They ignored my order (avocado toast) that I paid. And also I asked for whipping cream but it wasn't in my hot chocolate. So like the staff seems nice but it was the worst service I have ever gotten in my life.

I had messed up and sent an order to the wrong dunkin (this location). My fault I know. However I immediately called this location 3 different times to let them know and no one answered. I called the main customer service 3 times and no one answered. I sent an email communication and someone responded a week later asking for proof so they can send the refund and then never responded and I never got a refund. You shouldn't run a buissness if no one can call you!! What did you do with my $20 woth of food and drinks?

The blonde white lady working the drive-thru window was ridiculously rude. She seemed so mad that I had questions about what she was pointing out to me. I told her over and over again that I was not complaining. Yet she continued to get worked up and have an attitude with me because I was trying to get clarity on what she was saying. I am so happy that I do not live here and I do not have to go to this Dunkin' donuts. I am an everyday sometimes two times a day Dunkin' donut person. I will never be back to this place.

The one thing you should never do is tell a customer that what they said was wrong😭 maybe their microphone in the Drive-Thru is broken or something but if we hadn’t double checked from what we saw on the screen we would of gotten the wrong drink again. Second times this happened here. It was just the one employee, the other one seemed to handle and knew what we wanted from the get-go.

Worst Dunkin. Closed early every single day. Lock the front doors so you have to go in the drive-thru. Said she needs to be done cleaning at 845 so I couldn’t get what I wanted at 7pm because she was cleaning up for the night already so could only get hot coffee and tea. She’s miserable with an attitude problem. Slammed the window and said to go to McDonald’s. Went to the Somers Point Dunkin location and they said this location is run poorly.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and it’s consistently chaotic. Orders are often incorrect, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the service is slow—today I waited over 15 minutes just to exit the drive-thru. With so many great coffee spots in Ocean City, there’s really no reason to waste your time here.
