The food was really good and it was served piping hot, which is a rarity for restaurants these days. I had the beer battered shrimp with fries and coleslaw. The shrimp were very fresh and the beer batter coating was staying on the shrimp very nicely and was well seasoned.
The fries were served hot and crispy. I got the plain fries, but they also had Old Bay fries, which other people in my dining party enjoyed.
You could tell they're really making the effort at this place. The indoor dining area wasn't huge but I noticed they were doing a brisk takeout business. They also had a couple of tables outdoors for outdoor dining.
The atmosphere is very casual and surfer chic, if you can put the word chic next to surfer. I suppose a better description would be surfer gnarly, or surfer Spicoli, from the movie 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High'. Yep, that's it. This place is totally Spicoli, but instead of tasty waves you get very tasty food.
Our server was attentive and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to accommodate our requests with our food order.
The restroom was clean and well stocked, which is said to be a good indication of how seriously they take cleaning in the parts of the kitchen that customers can't see.
We will definitely be dining here again in the future. This place is definitely worth a try if you are contemplating it. The food is delicious, and it's reasonably priced for the quality and freshness of the food items that are available.
The food was rather bland and I was served cold fries which cost $2 extra because “chips” literally means a bag of chips. Shrimp was overcooked and didn’t taste extremely fresh. The batter they use has a nice crunch to it despite being flavorless and it’s the reason I rate things as well as I am. I also understand some people like fried fish with no other flavor but I expected something more.

Came here for lunch nice quiet laid back spot with great service and delicious food had the crab cake sandwich and my husband had the fish taco and both were delicious

We ordered takeout for a large group. Everything was delicious and they got the order perfect! It was a big hit with all. We will definitely be ordering our fish night dinner from here next time!

7/2024 This is one of my favorite places, we always make sure to stop by when we are in Ocean City. The food is consistently awesome. This last time my husband did the Colossal challenge and won a t-shirt!! The staff are so nice and make it a great place to go. The owner is such a wonderful person.

No one bothered to check anyone in and we waited and then were told 10 minutes then a while! Save your self aggravation and go somewhere else!

Food was stellar, but staff was pretty disorganized, leading to longer-than-expected wait times for takeout. Recommend they fix their phone, too, as they constantly say “I can’t hear you, it’s breaking up” to any customer that calls.
Stopped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade. Great food and great service. Will be back again.
