It was great pizza and our server was great! It is typical boardwalk atmosphere though, loud and hoppin. If you have someone hard of hearing it might not be the best places because seating is deep here and the sound bouncing can impede conversation.
Saturday night late May, called in a pick up order of 1/2 plain 1/2 pepperoni pizza. Place was super busy, line half way across boardwalk when we showed up. Line moved really quick, guys at counter were friendly, efficent, and patient. Waited only 2 min for my order to be ready after I paid. Walked 4 blocks back. Full disclosure I grew up on the Jersey shore and this was my first time trying Manco & Manco and WOW! Pizza tastes even better than it looked. Crispy outer crust...
Flavor ! Flavor, Flavor! As a pizza snob myself this was an unexpected 10 out of 10. The dough is light crispy and flavorful.
Sauce is great too. Went to another famous place in New Jersey called Krispy and it was bland and plain compared to Manco. This place is a home run in my book. WooHoo!
