We tried OC Gelato on the boardwalk and were very disappointed. The flavors taste artificial and nothing comes across as natural or fresh. Service was poor and unfriendly, and my order wasn’t even correct—with no apology offered. The gelato was so underwhelming that my kids didn’t even finish it! Definitely do not recommend.

Worst customer service on ocean city board walk !!! 1st time to try it we wanted to try taste different flavors like rose and coffee they refused to make us try it saying we stopped doing taking samples !!! Ended up buying from them but never again !!!! Not recommended

I would give them 5 stars all across the board, but the service was a real downer. The females working when I went were rude and basically just acted like they didn’t want to be there. On the positive side, the gelato was amazing! If you’re ever looking for a different flavor profile, I highly recommend the Honey Lavender. I honestly don’t even think my cup made it home and it was only a 10 minute drive ??

However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. On my last visit, I was told by the employee that they no longer offer free samples or allow combinations of two different flavors in one serving.With so many flavor options, it's really challenging to pick one without being able to sample a couple first. Most places understand this and offer free samples so customers can make a choice they'll be happy with. Unfortunately, OC GELATO has decided to take away this simple yet important service, making it harder to enjoy their products.Due to this change, I can no longer recommend OC GELATO to my friends or family. They’ve lost a long-time customer for sure.
