The atmosphere is excellent and renovations are beautiful! The servers were all very courteous. Unfortunately, we were there for dinner.....the portions are that of a child-size meal with no sides included. My family was very disappointed. The fried seafood combination was average. The Connecticut lobster roll was only a few bites on a hot dog size roll & included very little lobster (disappointed for $25) & came with no sides. The crabcakes were very small and didn't have much flavor. We were very excited to give this new restaurant a try, especially in the off-season, but unless portions change, we won't be returning.

Waited 40 minutes for one bubble tea, and that was only after I asked about my order. Others were waiting just as long for just drinks. The lady said only two people working! Then stop seating people and taking orders until you catch up. I watched one worker answering her phone with food gloves on and then touching food. Also, the lobster meat waiting to be steamed sat in a plastic container on counter the entire 45 minutes I was there. Flys EVERYWHERE!! Not sure how their even still open...avoid if you can. Plenty of other options on boardwalk.

(Scallops?) I got a seafood boil. Shrimp, potatoes & sausage were great but the corn on the cob was hard & the scallops were fake. The scallops were a perfect cylinder shape and when it was cut in half smelled like fish. Thats not how true scallops are. Do an internet search - how to tell your scallops are fake. They did take $10 off the bill but they really need to take the word scallops off their menu! Also the food for everyone came out at different times the first person was done eating before the 2nd person's food came out and it continued like that.

Very nice new addition to the Ocean City NJ boardwalk. I had the New England clam chowder as well as a fried fish sampler and it was very good. The price was also reasonable as well.

My husband and I decided to take an off-season trip to Ocean City. We were seriously hungry and headed to Ike’s for crab cakes. They were closed as were most Restaurant's as it was off-season. We were thrilled to see that The Lobster Pot was open. We were greeted by Zino and promptly seated. The nautical decor was impressive as was the restaurant's cleanliness. We ordered the Lobster Bisque to start and it was delicious complete with meaty pieces of Lobster! 🦞 We both ordered fried food platters and they were as expected. We were pleased. Zino our server was attentive and personable. Prices were what we expected. It’s a shore town! I told Zino I was going to write a review and he made sure to spell his name! I hope I got it right. It’s a new business and I wish them much success. Thank you for being open and welcoming us hungry travelers! Next time Im getting a seafood boil!

Delicious food and excellent service! My daughter and I shared a seafood boil and it was fresh, plentiful and very good! The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Tonight's meal's were phenomenal. Compliments to everyone working tonight. Yes the food is higher priced, but the portions are insane, no one left hungry in the slightest. The location..... you sit out and look at the water, it was gorgeous. Now to the staff, tonight was my birthday and I can not thank my server enough for going above and beyond. You all were amazing, from the food to the service and dealing with the loads of request coming from my table, from the bottom of my heart thank you! Everyone else should note.....they do this in off season their people were this amazing in the OFFSEASON, very much looking forward to coming back.

With the bad reviews we where nervous! However got seated right away a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Waiter was nice and food was great! The sushi was delicious and boils superb! Only scratched a star for missing a soup ( but got it when asked)and not really having a bus person to clear tables.

Although the food was very good, the bathrooms were deplorable - overflowing trash bins, empty toilet paper and paper towel dispenser, floor was very dirty. Side door was locked when we tried to exit. The hostess was scrolling on her phone as we waited to be seated. After visiting the bathroom, I asked her to see a manager, and she continued to Facetime and asked her to put her phone down for our discussion. Food was good, cleanliness not so much.
