Ocean City Coffee Company

Stopped in recently and had a coffee and a muffin. The blueberry muffin was fresh and the coffee was hot! The coffee is self served with a bunch of options to choose from. I'm definitely be back next time I'm in the area

Got served a luke warm latte this morning.

Made a second stop today. Coffee was good. I would say customer service is unenthusiastic. Made my drink. No effort to let me know it was done because they don't ask your name and my back was to them. Sad.

Everytime we come to ocean city we always make sure to stop by occc and grab a bag of fresh ground coffee to take home

I love ocean city coffee company however at this particular location ( 916 boardwalk) the service was not good. The counter girl was slow and not paying attention. I had forgotten to give my phone number for the points and she didn’t ask either. When I asked after to add it in she said they couldn’t do it. We spent $61 dollars and no points . Very disappointing. They also have our coffee order to someone else so we had to sit there longer to wait. Definitely slow and bad service.

Went to this location early-ish morning. Order a latte paid $7 and change. I was in a rush did not take a sip. They gave me a black coffee.

I am a loyal OC coffee patron, am here at least once a week if not two. I just walked into the location on Asbury, never in my life did I have a cashier just stare at me! Did not say hello, but looked at me rudely because I wasn't giving her my order fast enough. No there was not a long line! We ordered a dirty hippie and a cold brew. The cold brew was just iced coffee and my dirty hippie was very watered down.
I love OC coffee we should check up on their asbury location and staff!

Today my family and I went to the Coffee Company for our first morning of our week vacation down the shore. I ordered an iced latte and my children ordered smoothies. Around $25 for 3 drinks… Yikes. The prices are insane and not even worth the quality of the drinks. They tasted watered down, sugary and all around awful. I don’t understand how these companies bank off customers paying for their tasteless drinks. The prices are just absurd I can’t even wrap my head around it. It’s like they are scamming all of the vacationers out of their money. Absolutely insane.
However, staff was completely attentive and extremely friendly. They helped us and even remade our drinks, but not even the kind staff could fix the quality of what they are working with. To be honest, they made our whole experience, and even though we won’t be coming back, they hire amazing people. They are patient and always have a smile and are ready to assist us.

The matcha was very sweet and sort of tasted salty... I wouldn't recommend it. The cappuccino was more like a latte but not bad. They did have packaged vegan cookies so that was a plus.

Great coffee, what can I say

Meh. They have no idea what a cappuccino is. The absence of 8 oz. cups is a hint. The 11 oz. cup full of milk another. Regardless, even when remade with less milk it suffered from espresso completely lacking in flavor.

I’ve been coming to OCCC for nearly 10 years and never an issue. However this year, two cappuccinos, same location, different times, servers, etc and they both were awful. All milk, no coffee. I’m not sure what’s going on, but hopefully it’s just a glitch, they’ve always been good other years.
