We got take out and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Now if they would have remember the 2 side orders of French fries it would’ve been amazing.

We usually eat here several times on our stays down OC ,several times I was going to write a review , so now I’m getting to it , been going there almost 30 years ! We had dinner there I had Mussells in Red sauce and corn on the Cobb and wife had butterfly shrimp , several days before we at at the Crab shack in Somers point !! Save you gas Oves was just as delicious hot and plentiful and bit more reasonable , the red sauce was far better ! Never had had better and I order it often ! So get there and try some !

We have made a twice yearly pilgrimage to Oves for forty years with the whole family! The Oceanside location is fantastic and the ocean breeze and salt air is wonderful!! The food is always memorable and the service great! We always love their homemade hot donuts every day!!what a splurge!

I have been to this restaurant many times and will never go back!! We were waiting to be seated with a 10 minute wait. We asked if my child could use the restroom while waiting for a table. They told us no it’s for dine in only. We clearly were waiting for a table!!! Ridiculous. Food is mediocre anyways and will never go back

We arrived at 1:00pm on Friday August 1st. There was a family of 8 ahead of us and a family of 4 ahead of us too. We were seated and placed our order and it took an hour to get our food. We were not checked on after receiving our drinks the entire time. Their food is overpriced and not worth it. I wished we had walked further down the boardwalk for other food options. Also, sodas were $4.00 each and refills $1.50. Save your time and money and check out another food establishment.

Our server was unfriendly and has an attitude! Served with clam chowder that tasted like a days old, tepid temperature and so bland and fishy — it was disgusting. Ordered a different food, and that too was subpar. Did not even removed the soup on our checked.
