We had a great experience there, people are so friendly and very organized, the food came quickly and tested good, I loved their pizzas, it's just the spaghetti didn't test what I expected, and the portion was smaller than I thought too, we'll definitely go back, and take our friends with us.

The staff was very unfriendly when I asked for a box to carry my takeout. I was told to remove my food for a family of 10 people from the counter. They just wanted me to leave. The young girl that was the most belligerent was told by the owner to move away from the front, but the owner never apologized for her behavior, never.

Margherita pizza. I had Margherita pizzas from various places. Obviously, every place has its own recipes. But you would expect basil, fresh mozzarella and pizza sauce. Unfortunately, it was disappointing to see that this pizza had non of these. No fresh mozzarella. Barely visible small green pieces of, I assume, basil. The worst part, there were untasty chunks of can tomato, a lot of it. No, thank you.

Ordered a chicken dish.........took 50 mins with barely anyone in the restaurant. Came swimming in a tasteless watery sauce. Chicken tasted like it was stale. Sent it back and waited another 45 mins just for some chicken tenders and fries. Tenders were rock hard. Ordered a pizza that was sloppy wet with sauce. Waitress was excellent however when I paid no one even asked how my food was or apologized for the terrible quality or the wait.

My family and I placed a larger order. We brought our meals home and 1 was not correct. We called and within 15 minutes the correct meal was sent out to our rental home. It was hot and delicious! I was so
Thrilled with this type of customer service during busy season at the shore! Customer forever!
Thank you!

I had not been to Piccini’s in several years, and I was not missing anything. I am saddened, and disappointed, that I raved about what a wonderful place to eat this was to our family from Philadelphia, and we picked this for our Saturday night dinner. They were way over crowded, and under staffed. We waited over 20 minutes to get our order in, and over 30 minutes to get our entree, and we got a basket of cold bread while we waited. When it arrived, it was lukewarm. We paid over $30 for an entree that didn’t even include a salad or soup, or even warm bread, but even worse.. our $34 entree didn’t even come with a side of pasta. It was chicken picatta with lump crab meat on a plate. That was it. Period! Besides the cold bread of course. When we asked why we saw other people getting salad with their entree, our server told us it was upon request because too many people were getting a salad, and not eating it. After realizing no pasta came with the most expensive dish on the menu, we asked for a side of pasta with a fra diablo sauce, which was on the menu, we were told they could not serve pasta with that sauce?? Seriously? I was embarrassed that my family spent that much money on a subpar meal that was missing the things that are even included at Olive Garden or any other Italian restaurant. It’s a shame that people spend good money on cold bread and a plate of chicken with a few pieces of crab meat, and 3 spears of asparagus. Won’t ever be recommending, or returning back here again!!!!
