This is our family’s favorite breakfast spot. Stopped with my daughter before the Porsche car show on the boards this weekend. Ordered the western omelette with pepper jack cheese and home fries. The omelette was simply perfect. My daughter commented how inexpensive our meals were ($25 total including coffee & before tip). Terrific food and the nicest people. If you haven’t tried Ready’s, do yourself a favor and try it!

Ready’s is incredible and we will be dining here again! If anyone is looking for a delicious bite to eat down at the Jersey shore, I highly recommend ready’s, the service is excellent and the food is just as excellent! Overall, I give this place 5 stars, but even just saying five isn’t enough, I’d put 1000 if I could!

Omelet was good. Scrapple was good, thin and crispy.
Sounded like a staff member was running late, which was the first negativity we overheard. Coffee cup and fork were dirty. Restroom facilities are narrow. The building insides are getting old. Waitress was cranky. Pancake/fritter batter was not mixed well.

Haven’t been here ages. I’m local so decided stop in for breakfast with girlfriend this morning. We went thinking would be too crowded now summer winding down. Wasn’t crowded was greeted by lovely lady asking we like anything drink we had coffee was extremely old tasty (mind you we went 8am). Our waitress came over asked we ready order we ask her give us minutes look menu and we did after receiving the food which we both had blueberry pancakes and bacon no one bothered asking us we needed anything or how was everything etc. we felt like we weren’t welcome as were assuming regular customers came in greeted by name. We got handed the bill before asking we like anything else. I use work Ocean City go often back late 80 early 90 here for breakfast and then lunch. Sadly we rarely write bad reviews but we definitely wouldn’t go back sadly only pleasant person this morning was host and women who bought coffee not waitress she was annoyed from get go sat with her other customers few times gave wrong orders wrong table which again they weren’t busy that time morning my point was rushing feeling what should have been relaxing breakfast with friends. Too many other options eat over there saying goes live and learn

First day of vacation and came here for breakfast at the recommendation of a co-worker back in South Philly. She wasn't lying....this place is a super friendly, family run establishment that has that old school vibe to it. Food came out hot, fresh and excellent portion sizes. Loved some of the retro paintings especially the Kellogg's cereal one. Added bonus to delicious creamed chip beef is that they mention it by its proper (S.O.S) name. Will definitely be back!
Phenomenal restaurant with tremendous staff! Food was awesome! Found out the owners wife used to live in the next town over. Overall great place to visit.

Iconic vintage home town comfort food feel restaurant is a treat if you are looking for a known hole in the wall restaurant. Coffee is fresh. We ordered the hot roast beef sandwich with gravy on the side and stuffed French toast . These were both excellent recommendations provide by Monica our most personable waitress who who began as a customer herself. We went for lunch on a Tuesday and were seated without a wait. It's evident regulars dine here as most were greeted by name . Highly recommend.
