Great Customer Service.
Got a large twist soft serve in a cup, cost $8.....received a VERY SMALL ice cream. The price per value was absolutely disgusting, I feel robbed. I could have purchased a whole gallon ice cream for that price and you gave me 3 swirls? Common... I wanted a large ice cream on a hot day not a pup cup sized ice cream. What a ripoff

Just walk by this place.. Terribke business.. Why would you not serve children size anymore?Lots of parents take their kids to the boardwalk. Employee told us they could give us a smaller size but still charge for a small., Also didn't have flavors that were advertised. What is wrong with businesses thinking this is acceptable? We just walked another 20 feet down the boardwalk and got better custard and service at Kohr Brothers.

3 small (TINY) ices. $21 and change. I understand you have to make your money in the summer but $7 for a mini small is crazy talk. We know the price of your product is pennies. Great service but just disappointing.

I’m sad to give this place a bad review, because I really like Rita’s. The staff here needs to be retrained though. The person serving our ice cream cleaned his fingers while filling the cup. I was too embarrassed to say anything, but we were certainly not going to eat a gelati with a side of finger debris. We had to throw out the whole thing. $5+ in the garbage.

Back in the mid 90s when I first had Rita's, I got a Mango Gelati. 20 years later, I have it again, and it's just as good as I remember. Amazing with or without the custard!
The best place for a cold treat on a hot day in Ocean City! The owners are onsite and the employees are friendly and polite.
