Tried this a while back. Mediocre food, horrible customer service and flies all over the place. So many better options than waiting in a long line for something I could have made at home and it would have tasted way better. Pass. Updated: It’s not spam and I’m not confused as the owner rudely implied.

We love Sand House Kitchen. The food is great, with fresh high quality ingredients and staff is friendly and attentive. And a gorgeous view takes the cake! Can’t wait for it to open back up again after the remodel.
No bigger than a 2 car garage, this is an Ocean City, NJ hidden gem. Great food!

Having to walk by there trash and garbage area to reach the sand house was disgusting! The foul smell was horrible to say the least. The food was bottom of line . Prices ? I never spent 16 dollars for pancakes in my life . Scramble eggs on the kids menu, $11 WE eat out all the time and this by far is the worst! Very expensive and dirty. Table at lease need some fresh paint.

My family and me were very excited to try this spot. Unfortunately it did really disappoint. I do understand that there are a lot of factors and sometimes businesses have better days than others. Our waitress was very nice but she really didn't check on us at all. We waited a lot time for our food which is okay when it's busy but the place was very slow by this point. By the time the food came out all of it was cold and we were never given utensils either and when we asked we were told they were out of utensils and eventually we got plastic ones after having to ask several different people until someone got us some. My sister ordered the avocado toast and it was missing some of the ingredients on top of it. The potatoes on everyone's dish was extremely plain, no seasoning and cold.There were also tables from previous customers that still hadn't been cleaned, about 4 tables and birds kept attacking the tables because staff was not clearing them.The prices were also not very reasonable because the portions are small and the food is extremely underwhelming. They also advertise Smoothies but they don't actually make any there, it's just from the brand Naked.The atmosphere is nice but overall I was disappointed with the overall experience and the place itself isn't very clean.
Mahi tacos were killer! We also had the feta and asparagus omelet, cheeseburger, and the dirty fries. All were very good and the atmosphere is great. Right on the sand.
