Total rip off. I just ordered a shrimp and scallop platter. It had only two small shrimp. At 25.50, that’s a rip-off. I called to complain. Manager did not offer any apology. His answer: “That’s what that platter includes.” The online menu doesn’t suggest that the combo is anything but.
We had an excellent seafood lunch - stuffed shrimp & Grouper. Highly recommend the fresh seafood. We stopped at the Welcome Center and Spadafora’s was their recommendation and they weren’t wrong!
Waited 2 hours outside for my order only to be told it was canceled. At no time in the 3 times checking on my order status did they tell that my order was canceled. I wasted 2 hours of my Father’s Day waiting for my order that I never got and still have not received a refund let alone an apology or a form of restitution. Kids had to settle for microwaveable mac n’cheese but they were more upset that daddy did not bring them the seafood dinner they were hoping for.
