It’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been into. They don’t listen. It’s a Non corporate owned store, which might explain a lot of it. Also, prices are higher here. Unfortunately there’s not many places to hang and get some work done.

First of all, I think it’s absolutely absurd to have an entire shift of workers who really don’t understand English. I’m all for the J1 students, I think the program is incredible, however when none of the employees can understand what you are asking for or what you want, it’s extremely difficult. I asked a simple question and they all just started at me and rolled their eyes. Most of the employees seem to not care, and have the ugliest looks on their faces. Everything is done with a sigh and roll of the eyes, extremely extremely rude. Not only are the workers horrible, the drinks never come out right. I’ve spoken to many people about this and their drinks always come out messed up, watery or nothing like how they ordered. Again it could not be these workers’ fault, however the bosses shouldn’t schedule a shift of people who can’t make a drink right or understand the customers. This is unacceptable and this is the reason everyone prefers local coffee businesses. Wow you guys SUCK.

There are 4 girls standing behind the counter discussing how to make 1 order. Meanwhile there is a 10 min wait for drinks. Just got my drink. No oatmilk as ordered. Less than a splash of foam I paid for and the match is in clumps.
