We ordered shrimp tempura and for the kids chicken tempura. No chicken arrived with the order. I called the woman on the phone only to have her not answer. I used my wife’s phone she picks up after once ring. I tell her my issue she says that i am wrong and chicken was sent. I said ok clearly looking at two trays of shrimp. I’d be happy to show it to you. She then hung up. Finally reach again she said it’s def chicken, I said chicken doesn’t usually have a tail with a shell on it. She said ok the owner will come to your home. I’m thinking great! He will bring the food with him. Nope. He shows up. Confirms they made a mistake. And says he will have someone else make it and they will bring it back. Never once apologizing for me being hung up on all those tiles or the fact that he didn’t bring the correct order with him as he came to “verify” they made a mistake. He told me next time I can have a free appetizer. Never ordering from here again and I recommend you take a look at the other awesome hibachi places in the area before making the same mistake I made

Always go to ginza for habbatchi now that they are closed for sit down have ordered take out a few times today I ordered my usual 2 hibachi dinner's for $75 got home and it looked more like something off a Chinese lunch special very very very small portions don't care about the new fancy tray's just want what I paid for in the past very very disappointed ate and was not full shame shame on you $75 for take out shouldn't be hungry afterwards will not be coming back it's a shame your food is very good but not $75 for what you are giving

First time I ordered from here and I was so disappointed and disgusted. Fly in my hibachi and it was a waste of a meal that I had to throw away. They said this has never happened to them before but I guess it is a first time for everything. Clearly it was a mistake on their end but I will say they were kind by apologizing and giving me my money back but I’m sorry I could never order form here again, left a nasty taste in on my mouth. Please check your food and make sure you don’t mistake that fly for a veggie.

Ginza is by far the BEST sushi place I've experienced in New Jersey. My wife and I have been frequenting it for 5 years. We used to live around the corner but even after we moved, no place has come close, so we continue to come back.
