We came to the restaurant for dinner with 5 adults and 3 children. It was a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed with people, with only 2 sushi chefs. The servers did not come to us, and we had to call them ourselves. We waited for our orders for about an hour, and the servers were not in a hurry to serve us. After we waited an hour and our orders were brought to us, a woman, I think she was the restaurant's owner, came up to us and asked if everything was okay. When we started talking about the long wait, she blamed us, saying that it was our fault that we made several orders instead of just apologizing. She added that, as we could see, there were already people before us, and they should serve them first. I wish this restaurant could improve its service and change its rude attitude to a more respectful one. I want to say a special thank you to the chefs because the food was delicious.

Service here is pretty chaotic. We had a party of 8 (5 adults 3 children). We were sat down but not given menus until we asked. We then had to call a server over to order our appetizers. Same for the main course. Appetizers came pretty quickly but the main dish took forever. Not cool.

My first time eating at this place. I felt out of place let's just say that my Family and I were ignored while the lady went around conversing with everyone of a different. Made sure she made us feel unwanted in her place of establishment. Never again.

I went to the restaurant to have dinner with my son. Once I walked in the hosted asked how many I said two people she just answered the phone and left us waiting. A different person lady came asked again how many I said she is hosting us she then asked again in a louder tone I answered again she then took us to hibachi sitting area but wanted us to sit in the corner since it was empty I said please I want to seat in the front she said no I said I would to seat in the front nobody is here she then said that is why you can’t seat because when other arrive I will seat them here. I said I am here first I have the right to choose please again I want to seat in here said nooooooooo rudely I turned and said we will leave. She just acted like I was acting bad and bounced her head. I left. I was very uncomfortable and upset the way me and my son was treated.

I ordered for delivery through DoorDash a timed order for 7:00pm. And the dasher arrived there about 6:45 Pm on time but they haven’t started the order. Then he texted me saying they haven’t started the order. And after 25 minutes they still haven’t done anything with the order the dasher kept sitting outside and kept me updated that they are busy and it might take time.Then I called DoorDash to cancel the order cause I need be out by 7:30 can’t eat it now and they called the store the store didn’t answer and DoorDash told me they gonna refund me. And I was like 2 miles away from the restaurant. And they can’t make an order on time. I felt bad for canceling the order due the dasher who waited outside for so long. And I know this is not the first time they screwed up then I again called the restaurant later after getting free and they blamed everything on the dasher. I was so amazed how you don’t make it on time then blame it on the dasher. The guy might not even get anything waiting for so long. You out the blame on him so easily.

I love this place. Good & sushi is always fresh & delicious. It’s a BYOB establishment. For lunch hibachi they do not cook in front of you anymore. The food is still good & portions are good. Would recommend anything off the menu.
