The call center incorrectly took my order for a Veggie Lover Pan Pizza and asked additional special instructions with pineapple on the side. I picked up the pizza and when I brought it home, my mom told me this isn’t correct. I went back to the store and let Miguel and Shawn know the situation and without question, they made me another pizza within 10 minutes. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I’ve never had this amount of toppings on a pizza. Miguel and Shawn were great and I appreciate their professionalism and how quickly they were able to help me with my situation.“
