This is the only Dunkin that asks for tips. Tips for helping a customer with a coffee in a drive thru!
I want to be very clear, this is NOT a jar/ box label “tips” they have on the side for you to give a tip if you wish to.
Service & customer inersction was very good. My coffee was made perfectly. The munchkin was SO dry. While service was good, the drive-thru line was long and moved very slowly.
Horrible Dunkin. They always get my order wrong or forget items. Today I had to wait several minutes at the drive through window because they forgot something. If it was a one time thing I would understand but it happens every time I go there.
