Beware. I saw another review where they padded the bill. Ordered a Rice dish marked 6.50 and they rang it up for 8.50. Acted surprised when I called it out. Asked for a small rice sample and gave an attitude. Overpriced and poor quality.

Had my first experience today and the flavor was amazing. It felt like home. Just how my grandma makes it. I was taken care of by Nancy and have to say she is also amazing. Great customer service. She is there Tuesday-Saturday. I would highly recommend going when she’s there!

So they came out to our Lowes store today (1590) and the experience was nothing but GREAT! The gentleman serving is a sweet, efficient delightful individual to experience. So I had the Pernil Platter ( Roasted Pork Platter). Comes with Arroz with Gandules (Pigeon pea rice) with Maduros (Sweet Plantains). The serving is a big portion. This plate cost me $19.Thank you for great eats. Thank you for great customer service. Keep feeding America with great Puerto-Rican/Cuban food.

Today Latin bites food truck was at Frazier Industrial company in Long Valley & I had a HORRIBLE experience with the man who was serving us the Food. His customer service was ATROCIOUS. He was very IMPATIENT, not FRIENDLY at all. I asked if he would be able to Limit or not use SALT for my food due to personal Health Issues And his response was he didn't understand, so my Spanish co-worker translated it to him for me. And he was so RUDE infront of my other colleagues by saying to him he didn't understand. He said he spoke Spanish & still he couldn't understand the word Salt /Sal in Spanish. He needs to work on his Communication skills.The food portions were very small. The Empanadas were very dry. He's definitely not a good representative for this Company.

Hit the Latin Bites food truck last night in Cherry Hill. I was very disappointed they had run out of Cuban sandwiches so I had the Cubano empanada instead. It was OUTSTANDING! I expected a little grease but it was not at all greasy, the empanada was densely filled and the flavors amazing! Can’t wait to hit up your truck again sometime.

I got one platter and a bottle of water . They charged my card 37.27 !! I didn’t check the charge until I got home . They charged me 20 dollars more than they should have . Unbelievable that they scam people at craft shows !!’ Very disappointed!!!
