Panda Express offers good food with fair prices and nice portions. Customers enjoy the shrimp, honey walnut shrimp, sesame honey chicken breast, and especially the orange chicken. The fried rice is a popular choice. Service is generally fast, friendly, and consistent, with staff providing forks, knives, and napkins. Many appreciate the fresh food and the well-run restaurant, even during busy times. However, some have experienced issues like missing items, such as lo mein, or receiving the wrong dish, which reflects occasional service problems. Overall, the restaurant provides a great experience with good customer service, and many customers plan to return for the tasty meals and rewards program.
