Ordering several times from this location: with each experience declining, this most recent order placed will be my final. Bottom line: a direct CUSTOMER SERVICE line is needed. I placed an order on Fri 02/06/26, 6:15p understanding that it’s a busy time. At 7:15, when the order finally arrived, it was someone else’s. The label is CLEAR WITH the customers name and address on the label, it was definitely not my address. Within minutes of grabbing it from the steps, I tried to reach out to anyone only resulting in an AI response. You cannot get through to a human being on the phone either to a call center and definitely not the actual Cresskill location. I am amazed that this establishment failed to reach out to me to rectify this mixup - but I’m sure it’s because whoever received my order enjoyed it without complaint. After about 45 minutes I was able to secure a refund request and STILL had to place an order from another establishment to have dinner for my family. 2 days later I’m still waiting on a phone call from a manager, which will probably never come. Avoid ordering.

I order from this place regularly and food is always great. They also produce the order very fast. On this visit the timing was perfect! As I was walking in the door they were walking out with my food. Most times when we don't want to cook, we order from Wonder. Prices are good and many times I take advantage of a coupon they are offering me.

Finally found a solution for our family dinner debates. Ordered Mexican from one place, Italian from another and Middle Eastern from a third - everything arrived together perfectly hot. The incredible food quality across all three cuisines really impressed me since we were skeptical about ordering such different styles from one location. No more arguing about where to get takeout when everyone wants something different.
