Bagels are great. Food is super mid at best , and that’s pushing it. Not that good tbh and they’re incredibly expensive for low quality food. They don’t honor their business hours either. Says suppose to be open till 4pm , they close all the time randomly at 3:20 3:18 etc. (not sometimes , as much as they can) want to close at 3:15-3:20 then change your hours till 4.

Took a 3-year hiatus from this place because they kept forgetting to add SPK to my breakfast bagel sandwich. I was in the area and decided to stop by because I really liked the steak egg and cheese bagel sandwiches when I used to go here. They stayed consistent by leaving the salt, pepper, and ketchup off AGAIN even after I said it twice to the person taking my order and the person that made my sandwich and rang my order up even confirmed that it included the toppings. Additionally, I ordered coffee with just milk and the order was repeated back to which I confirmed. I didn't try my coffee until after I left but it was very sweet as if alot of sugar was added. I think I'm giving up on this place for good.

I had a terrible experience today. I went to this store to get a bagel with my service dog, and the guy behind the counter literally told me to “get out” with my SERVICE DOG. No one should ever talk to a customer like that—especially not in such a disrespectful and aggressive manner! This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and no one deserves to be treated this way, let alone someone with a service animal. I will never return to this place, and I highly recommend others avoid it as well.

This used to be my 'go to' bagel shop, however the service has deteriorated to a level I cannot support. They have gone through several managers and the last one just sat in the corner with his social media. Anyway they don't answer the phone for phone orders, they want you to use a 3rd party app which inflates the already high prices. My biggest complaint is they are always cleaning up ready to go home hours before the store closes. If I go in 1 hour prior to closing, all the equipment is already shut down and I cannot even get a toasted bagel. And I got attitude when I challenged them about it. I'm done. Goldberg's is such a breath of fresh air, great food and customer service.
