My experience at The Oak House is outstanding!! I've been there 4 times with my family especially on my birthday. We sometimes order spinach dip or chips and guacamole for appitizers and I usually order a cheeseburger and french fries for dinner. For dessert, we share an ice cream sundae at the table. Bottom line, The Oak House is a great restaurant to enjoy dinner with your family and friends.

We came here for brunch and seated in the bar area. Food and service from our waitstaff Chris was excellent..When we were finished with our meal , more people started to come . Chris got busy, as he was also tending the bar.. We waited for quite sometime for him to get our check .. There was no one else to ask, everyone was busy at this time except the manager who was just standing by the bar all this time , watching the football game and or be on his cellphone..He should be going around to assist when it gets busy like that … Chris still took care of us at the end ..

Slow service because 2 people covering half the restaurant. Hot honey pizza came highly recommended but was meh. Cheap beer ($5 for Narragansett lager pint) was a nice plus, just took long to get. Nice setting, hopping bar.
Good food. Large portions. Steak sandwich was delicious!! Fun active environment. loud difficult to hear conversations. Cocktails on the menu did not have any prices. Sandwiches pizza and burgers were reasonably priced dinners were expensive for that type of environment . However, the steak was delicious . Staff was friendly and attentive. However, the kitchen seemed backed up and our food was delayed for quite a while. At least an hour. I will go back and try it again

We always have a wonderful experience at The Oak House. From greeting to service to food and drink, everything was outstanding. They take great care to ensure we have what we need and special requests are always carefully tended to. They also have a dedicated fryer so those with a gluten allergy can safely eat their delicious fries. The room can get a little loud so dine early if you prefer quiet- that's what we do. Thank you to Jess, Josh, Danny, Brian, Tony and the whole team for making a regular night out feel special.

Brian was our Server and was friendly and professional. Great idea about Valet Parking. Suggestion: put a notation on your website to warn people, especially those coming south on Kinderkamack Rd. I flew right by the new entrance. Unlike the other restaurant in Oradell, I applaud you for not tagging on the 3% credit card fee. That's the proper thing to do in the “Spirit” of EXCELLENT client service!! I will be sure to share that information with friends. Will be back soon! Great evening. Wish it wasn't so loud, though!?

Came to the bar after eating for a drink and waited for 15 minutes. Server or bartender never even approached us, yet alone even made eye contact. Everyone had drink at bar… The guy started to come over to us and then instead played with a plug on the floor. Very disappointed in the service,
