Stop what you're doing and just go pick up some Mandoo (dumplings) from here for your lunch, dinner party, oh heck, breakfast!
I had kimchi dumplings and meat bun when someone brought it at a meeting and upon first bite, I knew I stumbled across something special. I'm a mandoo expert (just, take my word on it... you'll be whole) and here's my take:
1. Kimchi Mandoo ($14/6 pcs, 5/5) - It's massive and unlike many other places that put too much kimchi in order to skimp out on proteins, this place puts bits of tofu and meat (pork I think) w/ glass noodle bits to make up for a sumptuous, not too sour but dare I say umami & hint of heat that makes for a delicious bite. It'll take most people more than 3 bites to finish. Skin is perfect thickness with nice chew.
2. Steamed Buns (Pork) - ($14/6 pcs, 5/5) - Massive(r) and with great bun-to-filling ratio, they're delicious with umami beef & veggie filling. Be sure to dip into their dumpling soy sauce to bring out the full flavor of these baddies!
I got the 6 pcs which is a very good value for the amount of food you get - I don't think even 4 adults can finish them in one seating. They also provide the above-mentioned dipping sauce in a small cup and a bag of radish pickles. Dumplings were served hot straight out of the steamers, but if you're not ready to dig in, they do sell frozen ones, probably at different prices.
Interior is bright & clean and I talked to the nice young gentleman who told me his parents used to run a dumpling place in S.Korea for a while before coming here. No wonder the dumplings are so good!
I ate two in the car while waiting for someone - they're that good. Please pay a visit and support this gem!

I stumbled into this place after seeing the sign on broad ave., the dumpling looked cute and tasty haha. Wow! I’ve been getting them every Friday like clockwork without even realizing it. They’re Amazing. I usually get 4 pork and 2 kimchi for two of us to share. They’re a great size for a great price and the flavor is on point!

It was nice to be impressed by the food, as was the friendly and enthusiastic owner.
That was the feeling I had in Korea when I was young.
My Mother who has lived in Palisades Park for over 20 years says they have the best Korean dumplings (mandu), and she is right. They are delicious and reasonably priced, too. I wish we had a store like this in Vermont!

I had my husband bring it to me yesterday and ate it, but I sat down and ate 4 by myself.
You~~~~ Radish is delicious. If you miss Korean handmade dumplings, be sure to go there.
The owner also has a great personality and has the taste to make the store even if it is far away?

The BEST Wangmandoo I've been able to find in NJ. I used to get them at street vendors in Seoul, so I get a craving every now and then. The outside of the pork and red bean are a soft pillowy dough. The kimchi have a more traditional wrapping but still large. Prices as of today were 6/$14 and 1/$2.50.
